PURPOSE: To enable a DC driving circuit to be driven with less control signal current, by forming the DC driving circuit using a MOSFET.
CONSTITUTION: When driving control signal c is set to be of a level H, the the level of a nodal point 21 is set to be H, and the level of a nodal point 22 is set to be L. Then, a P channel MOSFET 14 and an N channel MOSFET 15 are turned conductive, and a DC motor 17 is rotated in the forward direction. In the meantime, when the driving control signal c is set to be of a level L, then the DC motor 17 is rotated in the reverse direction. A counter-electromotive force when voltage fed to the DC motor 17 is inverted or cut flows to a DC motor driving power source via a power terminal 20 due to a parasitic diode 23 in the MOSFET, and so a protective diode fitted externally in particular is not needed.
