Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC voltage conversion device capable of reducing a loss by turning on or turning on/off a switching element in which an output current flows unless a counter flow from the output side is generated, and to provide a counter flow prevention method for the same.SOLUTION: A DC voltage inputted from a drain of an FET 11 included in an upper arm of an input side leg of a full bridge circuit 1 is converted and outputted from a drain of an FET 13 included in an upper arm of an output side leg. The FET 13 includes a body diode D3 connected in parallel so that a positive output current flows. In a case where an output current detected by a first current detector 3 is a negative current having an absolute value larger than an absolute value of -1 A, an output signal of a comparator circuit 5 becomes H-level, and therefore, the drive circuit 2 inhibits the drive of the FET 13. Thereafter, in a case where an output current detected by a second current detector 4 is larger than 10 A, a controller 6 resets the comparator circuit 5, and therefore, the drive circuit 2 releases the inhibition of the drive of the FET 13.
