To improve workability and a function by forming the deaerating opening part of a ventilating waterproof sheet out of water resistant rubber so as not to be exposed to the surface side exposed to wind and rain.
A waterproof rubber sheet having a heat insulating layer by integrally forming the heat insulating layer 4 and a waterproof rubber sheet layer 5, is adhered to the surface by applying an adhesive over the concrete building frame vertical surface 3 from the concrete building frame rooftop surface 2 of a building 1. Next, a connecting adhesive 9 is applied to the lower end side by overlapping/installing a cover sheet 8 by embedding a deaerating molded article 10 of a ventilating waterproof sheet with/in the end part of a waterproof rubber sheet having the heat insulating layer adhered to the vertical surface 3. The molded article 10 is formed by molding/vulcanizing ethylene propylene diene rubber, and the deaerating opening part is arranged inside so as not to be exposed to the surface side. Therefore, execution work can be quickly/easily performed since the deaerating molded article is previously embedded in the cover sheet in a factory, and deaeration can be effectively performed since infiltration of rainwater is restrained.
