PURPOSE: To pressurize a viscoelastic compound in a hermetically sealed vessel easily with the specified pressure and perform a job for deburring in a short time by installing an upper vessel driving pressure mechanism which pressurizes the hermetically sealed vessel from the upper vessel side.
CONSTITUTION: An upper vessel 6a is lowered and engaged close to a lower vessel 6b while a workpiece is supported on a bearing part 20 being installed in both these upper and lower vessels 6a. Next, one end extending part of the workpiece being extending out of one side of a hermetically sealed vessel 7 securable by means of engaging coherence between these upper and lower vessels 6a and 6b is connected to a spindle 21 of a driving mechanism by a joint 22. Afterward, a valve 17 being installed in the lower vessel 6b is released and simultaneously a hydraulic cylinder 16 being installed in a storage tank 8 is advance,forward, and a compound stored in this storage tank 8 is thrust in the vessel 7 and, what is more, the compound filled up in this vessel 7 is pressurized with the specified pressure. After that, the workpiece is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by a motor 12, thus deburring is carried out.
