To provide a method of deburring and a deburring device capable of improving finishing quality and also excellent in durability.
In the deburring device 10, after sharp burrs are removed by a rotary metal-made brush 30, fine burrs are removed by a rotary resin-made brush 40 having ceramic fiber-reinforced resin-made brush bristles. The rotary resin-made brushes 40 form a pair, both rotary resin-made brushes 40, 40 are reversely rotated mutually to perform deburring by one rotary resin-made brush 40 and to further perform deburring by the other rotary resin-made brush 40, thus finishing quality is improved. In addition, since the bristle 32 of the rotary resin-made brush 40 is made of a ceramic fiber-reinforced resin, the durability of the bristle is more improved than a conventional one.
