Abstract:
PURPOSE: To take a proper countermeasure against abnormality by outputting an abnormality countermeasure signal to a feedback control mechanism at the time when a cross coupling neural network discriminates that its own con trol loop is abnormal.
CONSTITUTION: A feedback mechanism 22 sends the state variable of its own control loop, and a discriminating element 23 discriminates whether another control loop is abnormal or not based on the state variable of this control loop and that of another control loop. A cross coupling neural network 24 sets a coupling coefficient based on the discrimination result and discriminates whether its own control loop is abnormal or not, and a self-abnormality signal is sent if it is abnormal. Since an abnormality processing element 25 sends an abnormality countermeasure signal corresponding to the abnormality to the feedback mechanism 22, the control loop where the abnormality occurs is quickly and accurately specified to take a proper countermeasure against the abnormality.
