PURPOSE: To prevent the release at an overlapping part by providing an adhesive layer composed of either one of polyethylene and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin even to the other surface not provided with a decorative layer of a transparent film by an extrusion laminating method.

CONSTITUTION: A transparent film l acts as the support of a decorative layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3 before a decorating film 4 is bonded to the surface of the body part of a polyethylene container 5 and acts as the protective layer of the decorative layer 2 after the decorating film 4 is bonded. The transparent film l is formed using a polyethylene terephthalate resin, an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin, a polypropylene resin or a polyvinyl alcohol resin. The adhesive layer 3 is formed to the entire surface having the decorative layer 2 formed thereto of the transparent film 1 and an adhesive layer 3 composed of polyethylene or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin is provided even to the other surface opposite to the surface having the decorative layer 2 formed thereto of the transparent film 1 by an extrusion laminating method. By this adhesive layer 3, the overlapping part of the winding start part and winding completion part of the decorating film 4 can be sufficiently bonded.
