PURPOSE: To obtain a decorated metal product with characters and patterns molded by injecting plastic resin through the punched pattern holes and over the both surfaces of a metal in a cavity.

CONSTITUTION: The metal product 1 with many small punched holes 2 is set in the cavity 4. After closing the molds 3a, 3b, plastic resin is injected from the gate 6 into the cavity 4 to flow through the connected guide groove 7 and many holes 2 into the patterned recess 8. The plastic resin including in the guide groove 7, holes 2 and the recess 8 is cured all together to achieve the plastic cubic decoration 9 on the top surface of metal product 1.
