To make a lamp fulfill functions of a decoration picture frame and a bed side lamp by installing a transparent plate and a screen fixing stand, on which a drawing screen is fixed, in a case having transparent plate supporting projected parts and fixing a back plate on which a light source is fixed in the back face of the case.

In order to make a decoration illumination lamp fulfill function of a decoration lamp and a convenient illumination such as a bed side lamp, a transparent plate 3 and a screen 5 are fixed in a screen fixing stand 4 and then in a case 1 and a light source 8 is unitedly fixed in a back plate 6 positioned in the back side of the screen 5. The case 1 has a prescribed depth and the transparent plate 3 and the screen fixing stand 4 are installed inside to protect the transparent plate 3 and the screen 5 inside. A square case is used as the case 1 which prevents the transparent plate 3 from being pushed forward and parted, especially at the time of installation, and at the same time, in which an aperture as wide as possible can be formed, and of which a most part of the front face can be opened. At the same time, transparent plate supporting projected parts 2 projected inward are unitedly formed in the case.
