Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mat tone efficiently and prevent deterioration of the mat tone.SOLUTION: A first particle 1 of large particle sizes are added to an upper layer of a mat layer 9 to form a first resin layer 12 of a film thickness smaller than the first particle size, and a second resin layer 11 added with a second particle 2 smaller in particle sizes than the first particle is formed on the lower layer so as to realize a mat tone efficiently and prevent deterioration of the mat tone.
