CONSTITUTION: The decorative material 100 is constituted by forming a coating material mixture layer 5 formed by mixing with decorative powder 4 which varies in sp. gr. from the sp. gr. of the coating film of chromatic lacquer 3 of metallic powder, pearl time powder or color powder, into the chromatic lacquer 3 on the surface of a base material 1, spraying the transparent lacquer 6 in the unshaped forms on the surface of the coating material mixture layer 5 and having the decorative layer 7, which is dried and fixed in the state of eluting the coating film of the chromatic lacquer 3 or the decorative powder 4 into the transparent lacquer 6.
