To provide a decorative sheet suitable for being molded into a three- dimensional shape by a vacuum molding method or a vacuum pressure forming method to be bonded to the surface of a base material having a three- dimensional uneven shape and having excellent physical properties such as abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, solvent resistance or the like.

The surface protective layer 2 is pref. constituted of an active energy curable resin compsn. of a semicured state wherein 60-95% of an active energy reactive functional group is reacted or an active energy curable thermosetting resin compsn. of a semicured state wherein thermally reactive functional group is reacted.
