To provide a decorative sheet capable of solving an environmental problem at the time of incineration and capable of also satisfying various physical properties required in an easy adhesive layer such as deterioration-resistant characteristics with the elapse of time, blocking-resistant characteristics or adhesiveness.

An easy adhesive layer 2 compounded with two or more kinds of chlorine-free resins, for example, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, polyester resin or a copolymer of them is formed on one surface of a chlorine-free polyolefinic resin sheet 1 subjected to decoration treatment by a pattern layer 3, a protective layer 4 or the like. As the polyolefinic resin sheet 1, both of a stretched sheet and an unstretched sheet can be used but, if necessary, various additives such as a filler, a foaming agent, a fire retardant, a lubricant, an oxidation inhibitor, an ultraviolet absorber or a light stabilizer are added to this sheet. The thickness of the resin sheet 1 is pref. about 20-300 μm according to a use.
