To obtain a decorative sheet susceptible to V-cut processing, having impact resistance, flexibility and easy adhesiveness, good in heat resistance and weatherability and excellent in printing aptitude by applying decoration treatment to a sheet formed from a compsn. prepared by adding a hydrogenated diene rubber to a polyolefin resin as a modifying material.

A polyolefinic resin film is inferior to adhesiveness and printing aptitude. Then, in order to enhance surface physical properties, printing is applied to a film formed from a compsn. prepared by blending hydrogenated styrene/butadiene rubber to a polyolefinic resin as a modifying material. As the polyolefin resin or polyethylene, an ethylene/propylene copolymer is used. Hydrogenated diene rubber is obtained by adding a hydrogen atom to at least a part of a double bond of a diene rubber molecule. Decoration treatment is performed by coloration using pigment, printing of patterns 5, 10, emboss processing, the formation of embossed patterns 7 by hairline processing. The pattern printings 5, 10 are applied by gravure printing using ink (paint).
