To provide a decorative sheet excellent in weatheraility and friendly to environment by making a surface protecting sheet a laminate which comprises a polyolefin resin layer with a polar functional group, an adhesive layer and a polyolefin resin layer having no polar functional group, and is produced by laminating them from the base material sheet side.
In order to impart concealing properties, pigment 2 is contained in a base material sheet 1 comprising an olefin thermoplastic elastomer or a non-elastomer olefin resin or the like. A decoratively treated layer 3 with a printed pattern is formed on the base material sheet 1. Further, a surface protecting sheet 8 comprising three laminated layers, a polyolefin resin layer 5 with a polar functional group, an adhesive layer 6 and a polyolefin resin layer 7 having no polar functional group, arranged from the base material sheet 1 side, through an anchoring agent layer 4, is formed on the decoratively treated layer 3. Since the polyolefin resin having a polar functional group is used for the surface protecting sheet, the adhesiveness with the anchoring agent layer 4 is improved.
