The decorative tray executed with a cherry tree bark work is obtained by adhering barks of a cherry tree to both front and rear surfaces of a substrate plate material for adhering a cherry tree and birch to a mirror plate 2a, processing a natural precious wood adapted to cutting of a Japanese beech, Japanese cedar, Japanese cypress, zelkova, paulownia or the like to become a tape shape for thinly winding with a thickness of 1 mm, a width of 5 to 10 mm as a base, winding the wood 1 of the tape shape on the plate 2a, forming trimming, integrally forming the wood 1 of the plate 2d and the tape shape processing tree 1, and mirror finishing it.
