Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce produced bubbles and undissolved substances by heating a chromium oxide raw material at a specific temperature beforehand and then using the heated raw material in pellets containing a specific amount of the chromium oxide raw material and water glass.
CONSTITUTION: In pellets containing ≥5wt.% chromium oxide raw material and ≥5wt.% solid content of water glass, the chromium oxide raw material is heated to ≥1000°C beforehand to provide the raw material of simplified crystals without containing any water of crystallization and adhesive moisture for use.
