PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure information acquisition system for accurately and properly acquiring information of a portion on which failure occurs on an inspection object machinery such as an aircraft.SOLUTION: A failure information acquisition system 1 for acquiring information of a portion on which failure occurs on an aircraft, comprises: a display part 11 of a portable terminal 5 for displaying a design model 25 of an aircraft; an operation part 12 for performing a drawing operation of a portion on which failure occurs, to the design model 25 displayed on the display part 11; and a control part 21 of a server 6 for generating drawing information based on the drawing operation of the operation part 12, quantifying a shape of the portion on which failure occurs, based on the generated drawing information and dimension information of the design model 25, and generating failure portion information related to the quantified shape of the portion on which failure occurs, as failure information 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
