Abstract:
To solve the problem of a deflection coil in a bend-less structure, if adopted, that the correction amount of misconvergence due to a convergence correcting plate is not sufficiently maintained.
This deflection yoke comprises saddle type horizontal deflection coils 16 and a wide curved surface 25 arranged at the rear ends of the horizontal deflection coils 16 and curved along an outer periphery contour at the rear ends of the horizontal deflection coils 16, wherein the convergence correcting plate 22 has a magnetic piece 23 of which the curved surface 25 is opposed in proximity to the outer periphery faces of the horizontal deflection coils 16.
