PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehairing device with reduced width at the short side of a housing and to enable to reduce vibration and noise generated from the housing by equipping an output part of a skin stretching means or vibrating means and a drive transmitting point of the skin stretching means or the vibrating means on both sides of the dehairing device.
SOLUTION: A dehairing block 2 is placed in a frame 5 formed by front and rear wall parts and right and left wall parts, a skin stretching part is placed respectively in front and rear of the dehairing block 2, and front and rear skin stretching parts are connected by connecting arms 12 and 13. The upper end part of a push arm 35a equipped on a vibration body 35 abuts on the lower end faces of protrusions of connecting arms 42 and 43. When the vibration body 35 is moved upward, the protrusions are pushed upward to rotate the connecting arm 42 centering on the shaft and a long hole part is pushed upward. When the vibration body 35 is moved upward in that manner, the front skin stretching part is swung forward and the rear skin stretching part rearward to stretch skin forward and rearward to make dehairing by dehairing claws 3 more secure and easier.
