CONSTITUTION: A paper sheet delivery adjustment and control device 11 has a start timing detection means for pickup rollers R1 and R2 for the purpose of detecting the start timing when the rollers R1 and R2 begin to rotate, as well as an operation timing detection means for feed rollers R3 and R4 for the purpose of detecting the operation timing when the feed rollers R3 and R4 pick up one paper sheet 13. Furthermore, the device 11 is equipped with a control means for adjusting and controlling an adjustment means on the basis of data detected with both detection means, and another data detected with delivered state detection sensors S1 and S2.
