Abstract:
To provide a park-out support method including a park-out function: and to provide a park-out support device.SOLUTION: A park-out support method includes the following steps: a characteristic point recognition step for acquiring characteristic points surrounding a vehicle; a first estimation step for estimating a positional relation between a current position of a vehicle and a park-in area on the basis of setting information showing a positional relation between a park-in area position and characteristic points existing around the park-in area and the characteristic points; a control step for moving the vehicle to the park-in area on the basis of the positional relation; a storing step for storing a vehicle park-in start position starting moving to the park-in area into the setting information; a second estimation step for estimating the positional relation between the current position of the vehicle and the park-out area on the basis of the characteristic points while making the park-in start position stored in the setting information a park-out area at a park-out destination. In addition, the control step moves the vehicle to the park-out area on the basis of the positional relation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
