Abstract:
To provide a self consignment system and a self consignment method that make it possible to easily implement appropriate peak-cut control in a mechanism for transferring power from a power generation facility to a demand facility via a power system.SOLUTION: A self consignment system for performing self consignment of transmitting power output from a power generation facility belonging to a predetermined entity to a demand facility belonging to the predetermined entity via a power system managed by a third party entity comprises a power generation side device for managing the power generation facility and a demand side device for managing the demand facility. The demand side device comprises a demand side control unit that monitors a calculation value of procured power assumed to be a value of power to be procured from the power system as the predetermined entity so that the calculation value of procured power does not exceed a threshold value in a target time. The calculation value of the procured power is a difference between an actual value of demand power supplied from the power system to the demand facility and a planned value of output power output from the power generation facility to the power system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
