To provide a dental magnetic attachment capable of improving a pull out resistance force in a structure in which a magnetic structural body or a keeper is fixedly mounted in a hole with an adhesive material, and also provide a housing pattern suitable for the same.
The magnetic structural body, having a permanent magnet arranged within a shell yoke made of a soft magnetic material, is mounted in a mounting hole at the bottom of a denture base. The keeper 2 made of the soft magnetic material is mounted in a mounting hole formed on the upper end of a root surface plate 3, and the magnetic structural body and the keeper are arranged to face each other, thus the denture base is fixed on the root surface plate 3 with a magnetic attracting force between the magnetic structural body and the keeper. At least one groove in the peripheral direction is formed on the magnetic structural body and/or the outer periphery of the keeper, and at least one groove in the peripheral direction is formed on the mounting hole for magnetic structural body and/or the inner periphery of the mounting hole for the root surface plate. The magnetic structural body and/or the keeper are fitted to respective mounting holes with the adhesive material.
