Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depilator for easily removing the hair by manual operation. SOLUTION: A base plate 6 and a slide plate 7 removable forward and backward are provided within a handy case body 1 having an opening 2 at a front edge surface. A carrying member 16 is mounted on the slide plate 7, the carrying member 16 for clamping a clamping metal fitting 15 at an out of operation position in a condition that a tip section is open at the opening 2, for closing the tip section of the clamping metal fitting 15 when retreating the slide plate 7 and for retreating the clamping metal fitting 15. A retention piece 26 for preventing the retreat of the slide plate 7 halfway and a control lever 34 for rotating by a finger-pressure are mounted on the base plate 6. A guiding pin 38 for guiding a front level of retreating movement of the slide plate 7 and for touching to a cam piece 37 mounted on the slide plate 7, and a pressure piece for releasing condition to allow retreat of a back level of the slide plate 7 are further mounted thereon. An expandable spring for expanding the slide plate 7 to a retreating direction by way of a rotation of the control lever 34 is provided between the control lever 34 and the slide plate 7.
