Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically open and close overflow valves at a set timing. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of wire 17 is coated in two layers at a cross head 16 with resin extruded from a main extruder 12 and resin extruded from an auxiliary extruder 14. Overflow valves 18 and 19 are openably and closably provided between the outlet sides of the respective extruders 12 and 13 and the cross head 16. Further, actuators 27 and 28, which operate the respective overflow valves 18 and 19 to open and close, and an opening and closing controlling section 30, which actuates the respective actuators 27 and 28 on the basis of the comparison between the linear speed of the wire 17 and the set point.
