PURPOSE: To prevent the damage and deterioration of a solar-ray collecting panel while improving the efficiency of light collection by varying the angle of elevation of the solar-ray collecting panel such as a solar cell panel, a solar collector, etc., installed to a building and properly setting the angle of elevation in response to a season, wind force or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A solar-ray collecting panel mounter has a bracket 20 fixed onto a body 10, a frame 30, on which a solar-ray collecting panel is mounted and one end of which is connected rotatably to the bracket 20, a guide means 40 extended in the direction orthogonal to the rotary axial center of the frame 30 while being fastened onto the body 10 and an arm 50, in which one end is connected rotatably to the frame 30 while the other end is engaged with the guide means 40 in a movable manner in the longitudinal direction of the guide means 40. A moving means 70 tracking the solar-ray collecting panel by shifting the other end of the arm 50 in the longitudinal direction of the guide means 40 is provided.
