PURPOSE: To perform the description of pictures by unmanned operation by storing the display information and description sentences with the use of a display information generation means, combination means, and combination order management means in an electronic computer and displaying information and outputting the description by voice by means of a display means and an output means.
CONSTITUTION: An electronic computer 2 stores a graph read by a scanner 9 and picture data taken by a CCD camera 16 as display information through a picture processor 14. Further, a description sentence corresponding to the display information is made correspond to the display information by 1:1 and the display order is set and stored. The display information selected by the electronic computer 2 is displayed by the CRT display 15. The description sentence corresponding to the display information is read by a voice synthesizer 7 and a speaker 12 outputs the voice. Thus, the display and description of the display information can be automated and performed by unmanned operation. The same display information can be repeatedly described.
