Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to design a controller on the basis of H infinity theory by making it easy to determine frequency sensitivity weight.
SOLUTION: A closed-loop transfer function calculation part 3 calculates a transfer function of primary delay varying from a set value of a closed-loop system to a controlled variable according to a transient response parameter (time constant) inputted from a transient response parameter registration part 2. A frequency sensitivity weight calculation part 4 calculates frequency sensitivity weight on the basis of the transfer function. A controller calculation part 5 registers the frequency sensitivity weight in a generalized plant to calculate the parameter of the controller.
