A rack used on the desk with a notebook-sized personal computer placed thereon is formed by a base 1, a placing table 2 for placing a notebook-sized personal computer P, and a front support leg 3 and a rear support leg 4 for connecting the base 1 and the placing table 2 and supporting the same. The respective upper ends of the front and rear support legs 3, 4 are rotatably fixed to the placing table 2, and the respective lower ends are rotatably fixed to the base 1, so that the placing table 2 is formed to be elevated and moved between a position above the base 1 and a position in front thereof.
