To prevent a top plate from being flooded with wiring by arranging a wiring guide means between equipments such as a display and an operation means such as a keyboard.
The wiring guide means 3 is disposed at the almost center in a depth direction of the top plate 1 and a second top plate surface 12 formed on the side of a non-using end 1c from the opening part 31 of the wiring guide means 3 is turned to an equipment mounting area R2. Also, a first top plate surface 11 formed on the side of a using end 1b from the opening part 31 is turned to an operation means mounting area R1 and the wiring C for connecting the display H to the operation means S is dropped under the top plate 1 and guided to an appropriate place by the wiring guide means 3.
