To attach and detach a plug and to maintain the function of a desk by forming a hook hole at the front edge of a side part supporting body arranged in the neighborhood of both right and left side edges of a top plate to engage an outlet through a catch.
The hook hole 11 is formed at the front edge of a side part supporting body 1 for supporting the top plate and the catch 41 is projectingly provided backward at the rear edge of one top plate receiving member 4. This catch 41 is engaged with a proper hook hole 11 to fix the top plate to the body 1 in the state of being capable of changing a vertical direction. On the other hand, also at the front edge of a side part supporting body 6 for supporting a shelf board, a hook hole 61 of a pitch equal to the hole 11 is formed. The outlet 10 can detachably engaged by using the hook holes 11 and 61 provided at the front edge of the bodies 1 and 6. Since the outlet 10 never occupy the surface of the top plate and a leg space and is arranged by appearing at a position where a plug, etc., can always simply be attached and detached, convenience is improved and an operating space is not invaded and the original function of the desk is also secured effectively.
