PURPOSE: To exactly detect the quantity of a liquid by measuring the empty weigt of a container and a liquid to be measured, by a torsion structure body, detecting its torsion quantity electrically, and also providing a buffer device of vibration of the container.
CONSTITUTION: A titled device is provided with a torsion structure body 1 whose one end and other end are fixed to a container 2 of a liquid to be measured and stays 3, 4, respectively, and which is torsion-displaced by the empty weight of the container 2 and the liquid to be measured. Also, the torsion displacement of this torsion structure body is detected electrically by a detecting part DET, and its detection result is displayed on a display part IND. Also, this device is provided with an electric processing circuit for generating a signal corresponding to the quantity of the liquid to be measured in the container, in accordance with said detection result, and a buffer device 7 for absorbing the vibration exerted on the container 2.
