Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately and quickly detect a micro target scattering in a compar atively wide area.
CONSTITUTION: A target included in a target field 10 can be accurately detected by dividing the target field 10 into plural block fields 12 in full, setting effective fields 14 including the block fields 12 on the block fields, detecting the target included in the effective field 14, and removing the target included in a neighboring block field 12 from a detected target.
