Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the detecting method of a slip sense utilizing that the oscillation frequency is changed by the contact state between a self-excited objective contact vibrator and an object (held object) and provide a detecting device used for it. CONSTITUTION:A detecting device is constituted of a sensor section 1 made of an objective contact vibrator 11, a self-excited oscillating circuit 2 amplifying the output signal from the sensor section 1 and forcefully feeding it back to the objective contact vibrator 11, and a measurement section 3 measuring the oscillation frequency of the self-excited oscillating circuit 2.
