Abstract:
To provide a detection device and method, and an image processing device and system that can detect a person who needs help.SOLUTION: A detection device comprises a unit for extracting a feature in an image, a unit for detecting a person in the image based on the extracted feature, a unit for detecting an object in an area around the detected person based on the extracted feature, and a unit for determining interaction information between the person and the object in the image based on the extracted feature, the detected person, and the detected object.EFFECT: The detection speed and accuracy in detecting a person, an object, and the interaction relation between the person and the object from a video or image can be improved, so that the timeline and accuracy for providing help to a person who needs help can be achieved more reliably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
