Abstract:

To provide a detection device which is able to improve a spatial resolution of light detection in a light receiving element.

A detection device includes a plurality of light receiving elements 1, a circuit component 2 which cooperates with each of the light receiving elements 1, and a package 3 in which each of the light receiving elements 1 is accommodated. In the detection device, the circuit component 2 is also accommodated in the package 3. In the detection device, the light receiving elements 1 are disposed separate away from each other in the package 3.
