Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect nucleic acid and nucleoprotein without a process destroying a liposome membrane.
CONSTITUTION: The subject nucleic acid detection using liposome consists of the first step of hybridizing a gene probe, to which is bound one side of a specifically bound material, to nucleic acid, a sample, the second step of binding liposome having at least one enzyme out of phosphatase, β-galactosidase or peroxydase, on the surface of which is immobilized the other side of the specifically bound material, to the one side of the above specifically bound material and the third step of detecting the enzyme.
