Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable accurate and simple measuring of moisture value of cereals through supply of a given amount of sample cereals and to enable reducing of an error due to a change in capacity, by a method wherein a sensor part consisting of electrodes having a particular structure is mounted to a measuring receptacle for measuring moisture of cereals.

CONSTITUTION: A stational plate 4 is positioned to an upper side of the inside of a machine frame 1 wherein a cereals feed port 2 and an cereals discharge port 8 are formed, and a cereals conveying path, consisting of a cereals conveying gutter 6 provided with a vibrator 5, is placed on the plate 4. A scaling device 9, supported by a spring, is securely located under the plate 4, and is connected to a measuring receptacle 10. A sensor part 12 is attached to an inner wall surface of a cylinder 11 of the receptacle 10, a moisture E. Beltlike branch cathode 17, being positioned in a lateral direction at an upper part H of the substrate 16, is formed into beltlike branch cathodes 18aW18d which are arranged in comb teeth on the sensor 12, beltlike branch anodes 19aW19e are positioned at both sides of each of the cathodes 18aW18d and at each space between the cathodes 18aW18d, and they are monolithically united with a beltlike anode 20 laterally positioned at each lower part c, to form a printed plate electrode 21. This permits the high-precise detection of moisture of cereals.
