Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a detergent composition capable of forming a foam by gradually expanding after discharging from a vessel and readily spreading on hair and free from environmental pollution.
CONSTITUTION: The detergent composition contains (A) 5-40wt.% at least one compound selected from a sulfuric acid salt and a sulfonic acid salt of the general formula R1O (R2O)nSO3M1 and R3SO3M2 (R1 is 8-18C alkyl group or alkylphenyl group; R2 is 2-3C alkylene group; n is 0-6; R3 is 10-18C alkyl group, alkenyl group or 12-16C hydroxyalkyl group; M1 and M2 are cation), (B) 0.05-2.0wt.% cation derivative of polygalactomannan gum and (C) 0.5-10wt.% aliphatic hydrocarbon having 10-40°C boiling point.
