Abstract:
To designate the same person as an operator who receives alarm information from a monitoring device and an operator who receives an inquiry from a user, at a service desk for receiving alarms from the failure monitoring device for a computer system and inquiries from users thereof.
An operator who answers an alarm from the failure monitoring device for a computer system is determined on the basis of an inquiry answering history. An operator who answers an inquiry from a user is determined on the basis of an alarm answering history. The same person can thus be designated as the monitoring device alarm information receiving operator and the user inquiry receiving operator.
