Abstract:
To find out a method for easily measuring the proteoglycan contained in a composition such as food and drink of a supplement or the like.SOLUTION: The present inventors have found that the proteoglycan can be easily measured by suppressing the wall surface adsorption of a composition for measuring the proteoglycan content, and also further suppressing the electroosmotic flow (EOF), then suppressing the decrease in the reproducibility of the detection time due to the variation of the wall surface adsorption and the like by using a capillary whose inner wall is coated with PDMA (poly-N, N-dimetyl- acrylamide (polydimethylacrylamide)), etc.SELECTED DRAWING: None
