A recycle determination system 400 includes a metal resource sales gain calculation part 420, a cost calculation part 430 and a determination part 450. The metal resource sales gain calculation part 420 acquires a unit price of a resource material to be recycled from a price determination system, and calculates sales gain to be obtained when the resource material is sold. The cost calculation part 430 calculates a cost required for obtaining the resource material through recycling. The determination part 450 determines whether to permit recycling of the resource material to be recycled on the basis of the sales gain and the cost.
