To make it easier to set development conditions when primarily developed image data are generated by developing undeveloped image data.

A development processor develops the undeveloped image data generated by a digital camera. The development processor includes a primary development processing unit which subjects the undeveloped image data to development processing of the first kind to generate primarily developed image data, a development processing unit for analysis which subjects the undeveloped image data to development processing of the second kind to generate image data of predetermined resolution for analysis, a development condition determining unit which analyzes the image data for analysis to determine at least some of development conditions to be used for the development processing of the first kind, and a setting indication acquisition unit which acquires a setting indication by a user for development conditions to be used for the development processing of the first kind. The development processing unit for analysis performs the development processing of the second kind on which the development conditions for the development processing of the first kind set by the user are reflected.
