PURPOSE: To vibrate a model of an insect or the like in synchronization with a sound source frequency by issuing a voice signal transmitted from an internal circuit, and causing vibration in synchronization with the frequency of the voice signal.
CONSTITUTION: A through hole 10 is provided in a fixed base 8 located immediately below the end of the foreleg 9 of an insect main body 2, and an electromagnet 13 comprising an insulated copper wire 12 wound on an iron core 11 is inserted into the through hole 10 and secured thereto. The upper end face 14 of the iron core 11 is at approximately the same level as the upper end face 15 of the fixed base 8 or slightly dented. A piece of paper 16, etc., which does not reduce the attracting force of the electromagnet 13, may be bonded to this dented portion to serve as a lid. The interval of the end of the foreleg 9 to the upper end face 15 of the fixed base 8 is about 1 to 5mm. When a current flows through the copper wire 12 of the electromagnet 13 a magnetic field is produced, and the iron core 11 attracts the end of the foreleg 9. The current is produced when an oscillation signal which an internal circuit generates is issued from a loudspeaker as a voice signal and received. Therefore, wings 3 are vibrated by way of the attraction of the end of the foreleg 9 as chirping sounds.
