CONSTITUTION: The iron plate 1 where templates 2a-2d are punched and formed by the punching machine B is held and fixed on a holder 24 which serves in common as a second electrode and a first electrode 45 is abutted on the templates 2a-2d to impress the voltage. Thus, high current flows concentrically in neck narrow parts 4a of the microjoint 4 which joins the templates 2a-2d and an outer frame 1a together partially, the plural neck narrow parts 4a are cut momentarily at the same time by the resistance heat and the templates 2a-2d separated from the outer frame 1a fall by gravity and accumulate on a downward table 11. In addition, the outer frame 1a left as the remains is transferred to a collection stage E and collected while being held in a holder 24.
