PURPOSE: To simplify the structure and manufacturing, and enable a high production speed and suit in a changeable operation condition rapidly.
CONSTITUTION: This is the device for filling a sliver such as a cotton and chemical fiber to cans 8 with an elongate cross-section (flat cans) in a spinning machine, for example a drawing frame. The sliver is discharged from a fixed coiler plate and stored in a coil shape and the cans reciprocates in a vertical direction during a filling work and the moving device 10 with a drive device which can reciprocate the cans in a filling process is provided.
