PURPOSE: To simply and surely fix a protection net and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a device by combining and jointing together a two-piece divided type horn.

CONSTITUTION: A first sound path 19 from a throat 12 to a mouth 13 is formed by a first partition wall 16 provided along the insides of the side walls 14 and 15 of the pair of a left and a right sides, and a second sound path 20 is formed by a second partition wall 17 along the inside of the partition wall 16. Besides, a third sound path 21 is formed between a third partition wall 18 provided along a central axis and the second partition wall 17. At the end tip of the first partition wall 16, the side walls 14 and 15 are connected with the second partition walls 17 so as to surround with the curved surface of an approximate semicircular shape, and the sound path 19 is connected to the sound path 20 by being folded. Besides, similarly the sound path 20 is connected to the sound path 21 by folding a connection part between the second partition wall 17 and the third partition wall 18. Further, a space between an upper wall 22 located in an upper horn 10 and a lower wall 23 located in a lower horn 11 is formed into a bell shape toward a mouth 13 at the opening part of a front face. Then, the outer main part of the protective net fixed into the groove part 28 of the horns 10 and 11, and tightened through bolt holes, the fixing of the net is simplified.
