PURPOSE: To easily retrieve the desired cooking procedure data by simple inputting process.
CONSTITUTION: When a discrimination code is read from a cooking data collection 5 containing photographs and pictures showing individual dish by an inputting device 1, etc., the cooking procedure data corresponding to the inputted discrimination code is displayed on a procedure displaying part 2. The cooking data collection 5 contains the data of individual dish in a separate card which holds the name of dish and necessary materials in the form of codes. The codes are read out with a card reader 4 to read the cooking procedure data corresponding to the discrimination code from a cooking procedure memory 31 and the required cooking procedure data are displayed on the procedure display 2. When the code has a form of bar code 52, it can be read out with a bar code reader 4.
