Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment information management system capable of realizing, in a simple configuration, elimination of an access permission for equipment when use of the equipment is suspended due to departure of a user.SOLUTION: An equipment information management system comprises an information collection part 16 collecting information for determination that can be used for determining whether utility use equipment 15 that is available by a user in a building 3 which is the same as equipment 10 is in an out-of-use state, a management server device 2 receives the information for determination collected by the information collection part 16 via a communication channel 1, and when it is determined that the utility use equipment 15 is in the out-of-use state based on the information for determination, performs permission elimination processing eliminating an access permission of the equipment 10 used in the building 3 same as the utility use equipment 15 in the out-of-use state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
